I have lived here for three years. This place use to be well maintained and beautiful not anymore. Maintenace sucks! they come and inspect the condition of the home yet do nothing about it. My roof is cracking and still it has not been fixed. The landscaping sucks! We have a huge pond that does nothing but bread mosquitos and collects trash, why not put a fountain it,something besides a big mud hole. The WORST part about this place is the trash compactor, people don't know how to put their trash in it and it builds up to be a big ugly eye sore for the entire community to look at. This happens atleast once a week. What are you suppose to do with your trash carry it around in your car, or leave it sitting in the house you certaintly can not set it outside or you will get a $50 fine. I would consider looking elsewhere for a place to live, I'm leaving ASAP!
