Hope you don't make "too much" money. My fiance and I went to check this place out... we were very excited because it's right in the heart of Evans. We were looking for a one bedroom and they had one available.. seemed perfect!....until they started asking us about our income, telling us we had to fall in a certain income bracket. We were hoping we made enough, but apparantly we make too much!!! Before taxes, health and dental insurance, car payments, a credit card payment, gas, and groceries, we only make about $50,000 a year combined. After all that, we only have about $750.00 left for rent/utilities. Their exact words were "you can't live here because you make too much money." Bottom line, if you work HARD full and over-time, pay taxes, pay your bills on time, etc, etc... you need to look elsewhere.
