I have lived here for 2 years and can't wait to get out. The management staff is horrible, they lie to your face and won't do anything for you. It took me a 6 months of badgering management before I could even get a copy of my lease. The security here is terrible. Kids destroyed the fitness center and now you can only use it during management business hours, gee that's helpful. There are always kids hanging out in the parking lot and breezeways swearing and using offensive language, they seem to drop the n-word every other sentence. Also, I hope you like cars driving by at all hours with their windows open playing extremely loud rap music. As I said in the title, DO NOT RENT HERE unless you like living in the 'hood'.

The problem with the kids is that their parents do not make sure they have something to do in the afternoons after school. Management is constantly telling the kids to clear out of the breezeways. There is nothing management can do about the cars that ride through at night. They have asked the Fairburn Police to patrol through the complex more frequently at night. Crime in the complex has dropped drastically since new management has taken over.

30 kids running around the parking lots at a time may be the parents fault but management can at least try and do something about it. Citations, perhaps? It was getting ridiculous.
