I enjoyed my stay at Cambridge Faire I was in two apartments due to an issue at the first. The staff that was there when I moved in was extremely nice, professional and helpful. My problem with Cambridge Faire was the neighborhood behind it. The ghetto people in houses behind the complex couldn't stop cutting down the hill and talking loud and acting a damn fool in front of my bldg. (I was in 300 and the 500) the playground was tore up and you couldn't get in the pool for all the neighbors from Meadow Glen. I had no issues with my neighbors and the staff, both office and maintenance was awesome. They left in November 04 and everything went downhill. We bought a house and moved on but the complex was declining when we left. You have to realize that living in multi family housing can be a bother because regardless of how loud someone is or how ghetto they are if they qualify then they have the right to be there until they are a nuisance. My suggestion is buy a house and move if you can't take what comes with being in an apartment. That's what all the good renters do anyway.
