I lived here for more than three years and will be moving out because the service, personnel attitude, and tenants have changed greatly...and not for the best. Initially and till 2007 this was definately the place to be. Safe, hassel free, very organized with exceptional service and great neighbors. Now, anyone and anything goes. A few months to fix some light/put new bulbs is the norm. Work orders, will be gotten to when convenient. The leasing of apartments to tenants who think drying their clothes on patio fans is acceptable, lots of teenagers who find entertainment in thrashing the office, hoarding the office computers, being rude and destructive to the signs and neighboring golf course is constant. Every time you go into the office, there is new staff, new rules. No consistency. The so called secured gated access... well thats a thing of the past as it is forever broken and they always have some excuse why. Most time it can be seen that it is b/c someone forced their way through without access. Is this not a hint of the type of people living there and their friends' There is also the "we have a guard on site promo". Let me tell you, the booth is way b4 the gate, so if you have an issue, he/she has no clue. And note they are just there to view happenings but cant really protect themselves or you. The guard arrive after 6pm and leaves by midnight. Do not think you can go out late and have a guard for added protection if needed. NO! Most disturbing now once patrolled area by Fairburn police to a parked vehicle that is supposed to deter crime. So tell me why a relatively small complex tucked away in a neet little town needs such measures. Must be the tenants and whomever they entertain. You know most ppl think only upset tenants write reviews, but in the long run it is worth putting the truth there for future tenants. Let it be known b4 you sign the lease. I am being honest, I would love to stay here another year, only if the ppl and lifestyle would be as in the past even last yr. But as of this yr 2007, every day that I think well perhaps it will change and be better again, something new occurs that says you have to move even though the first few yrs were great. Perhaps you think complaining to higher authority will do. Good luck in getting Cooperate's number. They surely will not give you. Oh and they do have a pet policy, but it is not enforced. So expect a pit bull every so often (on a leash so far). Rather than rant on the bad and reminiss on the past, I will end with its your decision, but know that here and the lifestyle has changed. If you must live here b/c of price etc, then try you best to avoid the 3br areas with lots of kids and teenagers with nothing to do but cause trouble. Thats your best bet.
