I just moved into this complex a month ago and I am so sorry that I did. The walls are paper-thin (I can hear people using the bathroom--yuck!!!). There are various neighbors that play loud music all hours of the night (obviously management doesn't care if it's done every night), the gates to go in and out are always broken. I was late for work one day when the exit gates would not open. Cars and parking spaces have been spray-painted on, apartments have been broken into, and maintenance takes weeks to fix things. There are things that were broken during my walk-through that still haven't been touched (4 weeks ago). They don't fully clean the apartments for new residents. It took me a week to clean the apartment before I moved all my furniture in because there was dust, mold, grit and grime all over. If I wasn't in such a bind to move somewhere, I would have never picked this place in a million years. AND with all the crime, there's only one lock on the front doors and you can't put anymore locks on. You just have to rely on the alarm system that costs extra (not included in the rent) and that one flimsy lock. I pray every night that I'm not assaulted, or that my stuff isn't stolen or that my car isn't taken or spray-painted on. October 2007 can't come any sooner for me. Please be warned....
