we lived here from 2002-2003. It was the worst experience ever in my entire life. we moved here from texas and thought this would be close enough to atlanta and newnan.

i had neighbors smash dog poop all over my front door one time. that was really pleasant!

i had neighbors that lived downstairs that had about 6 children living in a 1 bedroom apt and they had their toys and dirty mess scattered all over the place where you could not even get up the stairs! this was going on since the day we moved in.

when we moved out we had the leasing office try to tell us they had to replace the carpet b/c of our dogs when we already paid a non-refundable pet deposit!!!

leasing mgmt kept changing every 2 months or so...wich meant bad magmt overall!!!

very unpleasant experience to say the least!!!

if these places have all these diffrent types of people and all why dont they give some people with bad credit achance all of us arent bad even people with good credit is not all that i applied here once and was turned down they make it seems so much but all that is going on
