My husband and I moved here recently and we are hardworking, quiet, clean people with no criminal records or problems with the law etc. All we want is a clean, safe, relatively quiet, maintained place to live until we move out of State. We sold our nice, clean house and moved into what turned out to be a dirty hole. The apartment management had almost a month to get our ground floor apt. ready. The oven,
floors, all appliances, bathroom were filthy. The carpet smelled, was stained throughout and the apt. was poorly painted.
We scrubbed everything, cleaned the carpet ourselves and the apartment still has an awful smell. We could not see the apt. before we moved in because it was supposedly not prepared till just before we moved in. It is not too small, but only has one closet in the entire apartment! It didn't even have a microwave or pantry, many others do and the security system is a joke. I haven't figured out the criteria for a luxury apt. and how it applies to this complex. The management is apathetic,
full of empty excuses, and pretty incompetent. Thank God we won't be here long.
