Has anyone else noticed that the new manager Beverly, I believe her name is, seem to be a bit drunk some of the time. I recently called the office to have put in a work order and, I'm really not kidding here, she could not remember the name of the complex when she answered the phone !!! Her speech is often times slurred, and she is not overly quick to pick up on what your talking about, the only conclusion I can come to is that she has a bit of a drinking problem.

The apartments themselves are nice; the location is great for working in ATL or the south towns very convenient to 85. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful; the maintenance men take care of things quickly and responsibly. However I would suggest that they reconsider the choice in the new manager, I don't know where they found this one but she really seems like she has had no experience in the industry as well as lacks any of the social and interpersonal skills one would think would be required to accomplish her position in an effective manor. I just find it very disturbing that the property management company saw fit to dump a looser into that position instead of finding a qualified professional to replace the last manager, if I want to have a conversation with a drunk bimbo, I'll hit the dance club !!!!!
