Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
While the apartment is okay at best, the office staff are not going to take action on any issue with other tenants until it has escalated beyond. Their standard response is "consider where you live" - which i guess means the ghetto. Don't expect anything great here - you can move 8 miles down the road for only a couple hundred more and get twice the value!
