I lived here for only 2 weeks and the first day I had problems. The problems that I had discuss during the walk through were not resolve when I moved in. The property manager told my wife and I that the problems would be fixed. That was not the case when I got here. The floors are not safe and stable, there are roaches, rats, mold and mildew on the walls, old appliances, abandoned buildings that looks unattractive and not safe especially when you have kids like myself, not cleaned and painted, poor management and maintenance, possibility of having lead in apartments, also very bad odor of mixture of mothballs and sewage and very uninhabitable living conditions. And not to mention the loud noises of the train going by all night long. Management is no help with any of these issues in trying to resolve them. Trying very hard to get out of here for the safety and health of my Wife and Kids (ages 8,6, and 3 month baby.) Please take my advice and DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. LOOKS CAN BE VERY DECIEVING!!!!
