Some good things, some bad things - Cambridge Faire has had its up and downs for me. I love how spacious my apartment is, which was a big reason for me moving here. The apartment staff are really nice and try to be as helpful as possible. It's in a wonderful location.The community and the amenities are nice. Nothing's Perfect! - I have almost completely enjoyed my stay here at Oakley Park. Glad to See Change I have been at Harbor Lakes For four months now and must admit I see change. Although the amenities are still down i understand that the rent I pay does not include amenities. I LOVE the office staff although they have made changes, I think they have been good ones. My advice

A Really good place I moved here a couple of months ago and I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet,safe and gated. The location is awesome and the rent is fair. The only complaint that I have is the fact that one half of the complex has terrible parking.

But drug deals taking place here, not good. Even caught on tape. If you can look somewhere else. But if you cant is a good place for temporary only.

I've lived at Cambridge Faire for 2 years and havnt had any problems. The grounds are well kept and the fitness center has nice equipment. The office staff are always cheerful and happy to help me.
The security gate provides a nice element of security.

Old Resident I lived in these apartments when they were 1st built and I have seen managers come and go. Out of all of them the best manager they had was a manager named Felicia Johnson. Every since she left the property has gone down hill. They had people who truely cared back then. The best Maint.
