I have lived at this complex and all in all it is okay. The main concern we have had is maintenance. We've had many issues with our a/c and being without air for 2-3 days in 95 degree weather is unbearable. We have to report each problem a few times before it is taken care of. We've also had a lot of issues with the plumbing. Our water bill increased dramatically, because it took them forever to fix the running toilets. I would not recommmend anyone live here. Also, they have pest control, but it isn't all that great. The kids run around with no parents to be seen anywhere. We had to get on to them a few times about playing on the cars.
