I have been here 1 year, and I am leaving as soon as my lease is up.. Management is unprofessional and rude, the manager is awful, miserable and just down right rude. The pest control is a Joke, never had roaches since I have been here in georgia (17 years) and I move to cobblestone and I have had some roaches. Also maintenance around the complex is lacking, I see bottles and papers on the ground that stay there for weeks. The apartments are pretty nice and up to date and the entrance is nice and neat, but that is the highlights of this complex. Again, management is a joke, look elsewhere.
