It's OK...but over-priced

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
This complex is over priced for it's age. It was sold last year to new owners, and they are trying to fix things as fast as they can, but the old owners let the place slide really bad. The apartment we moved into should have had the stove cleaned (it wasn't). There are lots of little problems all over. We haven't had a sliding screen door to our patio since we moved in and they don't know when we'll get one. There are much nicer, newer complexes just down the road in PTC for a little more money, but a much better deal.
