We've been here for 4 years and seen the place change management teams 5 times. None of them are consistent with rules or guidelines. The previous entry about the maintenance being a joke is correct. All of the roofs were repaired about a year ago, but most still leak. I have been in several apartments that have mold in various places because the apartments are not sealed very well. We have had water lines break at least 4 times flooding the apartment below. Even though there is a safety/courtesy officer on the grounds, a woman was carjacked two years ago. The current office staff can be rude to a fault or mind numbingly thick depending on what the renters may need. So like I said, let the renter beware.

i viewed these apartments earlier today and to say the least i was not very impressed - the closet in the guest bedroom had roaches. additionally the lady showing us the apartment asked to borrow my cell phone ?!?!?! first time for everything i guess.
