Lived her 3 years...rent goes up everytime you renew. Current 2 bedroom, 1 bath is $755. The management has changed 3 times since we moved in and the current owners are looking for a buyer. It's all the maintenance staff can do to keep up with what is breaking. Our appliances were junk...stove was filthy, dishwasher only does half a job, and frig is only so-so. Carpet was not cleaned properly prior to our move in, so there are spots all over. Took us 2 years to get a screen door to the porch and the one they gave us had holes in it.

Recently there was a shooting incident in the back of the complex, and the management just sent out a letter about a strange man trying to pick up one of the kids coming home from school. The place is going down hill fast. I wouldn't be surprised to see them start taking Section 8 people soon. More people are moving out than moving in.

There are nicer complexes for the money...they think that just because they are in Fayetteville they can charge you big bucks. Believe me, it ain't worth what they are charging.

I just moved in, apartment was not cleaned or ready the way it should have been. Due to the time, I had to move in anyways. So far I've been pretty happy and felt pretty safe, even though I agree that the apartment I'm in is not worth the money. These reviews are very discouraging.
