My lease is up in two months and I'm leaving WW, but it's not because of any staff. They were all VERY nice and helpfull the entire time I have lived in this community. I have heard and seen other complaints from neighbors that were very disasterous. The main reason I'm moving is because this is the Ghetto, I see cops all the time coming in for different reason's and I have heard gun shot's. It's just scary when you have a toddler. Another thing that was just NASTY and very embarassing was the TRASH issue. The machines kept breaking causing trash to be everywhere and dumpsters blocking the drive ways. This was the worst thing about living here, but I think they have fixed this issue. Last thing is I lived there a year and they never changed my air filter, which should be changed every 2 to 3 months. I had gas bills every month being atleast 100.00 up to 200.00 and electric bills being high and my water bill for me and a three year old was always 60.00 or more. This might have been my first time moving out on my own, but I'm not stupid that is way to expensive. If you want a cheap place with nice people this is it. You pay for what you get!!

I know it has been about a year and a half since I lived there, but I'm not so sure you can call it a 'cheap place.' That was my biggest problem. When the latest owners took over, they jacked up the rent by like 27%--and that isn't an exaggeration--I actually did the math. I really think they expected it to be some sort of cash cow. Like they said, 'hey, let's buy this place that already has some tenants living there for low rent and raise it up to what we will call market value. But by no means will we give anyone anything in return for the higher rent prices.' We moved for a job change, as did our nice downstairs neighbor with the lovely little girl who was about to start kindergarten. But even if I still worked in Fayetteville, I would've moved to Peachtree City where there are some decent apartments. Yes, probably a tad more expensive, but worth it. Such a shame. It wasn't too bad when we first moved in, but they drove all the good and long term tenants away by jacking up the prices. If you ask me, it is them who got what they deserved by the way they treated everyone.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE IN FAYETTEVILLE TO LIVE IT IS GHETTO FOR THE MOST PART. WHEN WE CAME THEY SHOWED A SHOW ROOM WHICH WAS VERY NICE WE SIGNED THE LEASE AND THEN THEY SHOWED US THE APARTMENT WE WOUD BE IN WHICH WAS DISGUSTING WE HAD TO CLEAN IT GOOD BEFORE WE MOVED IN DEAD BUGS ALL OVER THE RUG THEY CLEANED NOTHING AND THE TRASH ISSUE IS PRETTY BAD VERY NASTY IT DOES BREAK DOWN VERY FREQUENTLY. WE HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD AND THERE WAS MOLD GROWING IN THE BATHROOM WE ASKED THEM TO COME GET RID OF IT THEY PAINTED OVER THE MOLD AND IT GREW THROUGH THE PAINT WHEN WE MOVED IN THE WATER BILL WAS VERY HIGH NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE PRORATING TENANTS RENT BECAUSE OF IT. LET THIS PLACE BE YOUR LAST OPTION OR NOT EVEN AN OPTION VERY EXPENSIVE AND VERY NASTY.....

the person who wrote the comment on 6/5/09 is and idiot because he signed a lease without looking at his actual apartment. it is not their fault there was a couple of bugs in there. there is no telling the last time they had a tenant. you should have checked first. don't be a douche and sign a lease on something you have not seen. PS i have a lake with an ocean front view for sale in idaho. holla if you want it!
