Look elsewhere - I have been here 1 year, and I am leaving as soon as my lease is up.. Management is unprofessional and rude, the manager is awful, miserable and just down right rude. I would NOT recommend moving here. The management is rude and is slow to contact maintenance. We have lived here 3 years and will not renew our lease. It seems safe and we have had no problems in our complex. However, the pool is usually dirty and no one enforces the age limit.

$171 Good faith fee is unreasonable $171 was paid upfront for an invalid reason . Most apartments will ask for an application to get started but this apartment will ask for a $171 upfront and won't give it back once you are approved but did not decide to move in anyway. This is ridiculous!

The maintenance is a joke. The people who work here are not any more qualified to fix anything than I am. Some of the office staff as well as some of the maintenance staff seem to think that apartment dwellers should expect substandard service. This attitude has been expressed verbally as well
