I moved into a brand new apartment here approximately 1 1/2 years ago and absolutely love it. It feels like a house. Thus far rent has only went up $20 or less so they do want to keep you here. I hate apartments that go up sky high on you after your lease is up. They have yet to do that to me. If they ever do, I'm a goner.
