BAD APTS HERE!!! BEWARE.....

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I rented one of these apartments and found out later that my electric and water bills are communal. What does that mean' I didn't have individual metering of my utilities. They need to disclose this or bring the apartments up to date. I can't recommend this complex at all.
