4/18/08 Update:
Well, it's been a few months since i moved in. So far my review from this place is pretty much the same. However, it's moving towards the lower ratings.
1) Roaches have become a constant ordeal (killing about 10-12 a day!!! in various sizes);
2) The neighbors downstairs still with their mexican music at high volumes at any point of the day (guess they don't do any work.. wonder how they pay rent).
I say it again, if u want to save up some money to move within a year, this is an ummm, ok place. Don't recommend it though because of the roaches.
9/10/08 UPDATE!
I CANNOT wait to get out of here!! Almost done with my lease thank God!
Since i saw somebody write today, I decided to write my final update. The review before this one is absolutely true! I'm still killing about 15-20 roaches a day (no joke) and the pest control people don't do their jobs right. The do attract more bugs. (Bugs are just between walls; no way to reach them).
Although the place is still full of --------, now it's turning pretty ghetto too. So take your pick! Regarding the drug addicts, i would have to agree since even though i haven't seen anyone doing that in person, i have found small lastic bags in which the drugs come in.
My final advice is this: STAY AWAY! LOL
There's no other way to put it. I just had to learn the hard way.
Hope this helps. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
