I am very pleased, with this complex. Besides the kids, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants and needs comfort. But please if you're ghetto, nasty and don't care where u live stay where u are!!!!!!!!!!!

REGAL PARK IS GREAT PLACE TO LEAVE THE COMPLEX IS FRIENDLY WELL KEPT. THERE ARE A LOT OF CHILDREN, HOWEVER THEY ARE RESPECTFUL, AND CHILDREN ARE ON A CURFEW WHICH HELPS KEEP THE PLACE A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY REALLY WORKS WITH YOU TO ENSURE YOU THAT YOUR STAY HERE WILL BE PLEASING. I'M A RESIDENT AND THEIS A CLEAN ATMOSPHERE WITH ZERO TOLERENCE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND A DIRTY COMMUNITY. THE COMMUNITY IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND WELL KEPYT BY LANDSCAPERS, AND MAINTENANCEJOIN THE GATED COMMUNITY WITH A BRIGHT ATTITUDE

The apartments at Regal Park are very nice; however there are some opportunities with the interior regarding extra roommates that makes this property undesirable to live in. I thought I was moving into the apartment by myself until I noticed several critters/roaches occupying my space. After I made it known about the roaches someone was sent out to spray the apartment. Although it has been sprayed the roaches are still in my apartment, though it is not infested like it was, I still see some! I am happy to be moving out of this place, although my experience wasn't too bad, I just don't like having to share my place with critters [non humanistic creatures that don't pay rent]!
