I've lived in these apartments since they were opened about two years ago. The first management was horrible but now that they have switched to Signature everything has been great!!! I love the office staff, they are always helpful and are there when I need them. I understand that it is sometimes hard for them since it is just two people working in the office, but they do the best to meet my needs. I see the other comments about the thin walls, the walls are thin but come on people you live in an apartment!!! If king kong lives above you and you keep calling and annoying the office and courtesy officer (who by the way is a working Clayton County police officer and does a GREAT job) sounds like you need a house or private residency. You have to understand when you rent an apartment there will be some noise that comes along with it. Try going somewhere else around this area and find as nice of a place with clean and wonderful amenities then talk or comment on this wall - Blackdove!

You're talking about a life style. Excuse from my knowledge this is a tax credit property. Meaning they have income limitations. You college graduate. You're such a flunky. It's obvious that you can't afford a home yourself especially after you were already dissatified with apartments in college and after college you are right back in one again. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where you IQ lies. I'm single, keep to myself, pay my rent on time, and Im not badgering the office and the courtesy officer. Get a life or a real job and move off tax credit property since they tend to not be up to your standard. Get the heck out of here. Are you serious? I see you have nothing else better to do but to post negative things about a community. Do us all a favor MOVE!!!! I'm quite sure at least the courtesy officer would be appreciative. Better yet your neighbors.

As a matter of fact...The only reason that I chose to move into a apartment w/income restrictions is because I was LAID of a job that went under. So, contrary to your own belief...I didn't have to be there because my college education didn't do what it needed to do! Because it does!!! FYI...I got a job 3 months into moving in, and they were okay with me making OVER the income restrictions because if you read your lease (which I'm sure you don't do much of) it says you could make over the income restriction 2 years consecutively! And just to clarify your favor....I HAVE MOVED....AS A MATTER OF FACT....4 BR, 3BATH HOME in Hampton, GA which I happily moved the f!ck out of the apartment in MARCH 08! BTW....I received ALL of my security deposit back! Go figure. Again, it didn't take more than a year to find out the specific. If you like the low income living....good for you! I'm sure you will be there to raise your kids and plant your little garden outside as well. Too bad your little white picket fence isn't in the equation. Good luck and enjoy it!! It wasn't for me! So when you want to take the time to comment on MY dissatisfaction, bring it b!t*h! And yes, that is a part of the wonderful college education I received...learned it in English Literature! *lol*
