I lived here in 2007 and it was hell. I moved from my last apartment because I wanted more room, but the extra room was for the roaches! After three or four visits from their exterminators, we still had roaches. So I had to break the lease to get my toddler and pregnant wife out of there. During my exit inspection, a roach even creawled out of the kitchen in from of the property manager. The place was infested and I was told the only way to get rid of roaches was to tear down the building. Maybe they should have. To top it all off, I was charged $1500 for breaking my lease for their roaches, and a couple of tiny spots of discoloration on their used carpet. It looks a whole lot better on the outside than it does on the inside. The only good about the apartment was the assistant manager Jennifer and I don't even know if she is still there and anyway, one person can't run the whole show.

Apartment3107....I understand the frustration you had. Though I didn't have the roaches, I did have the inconsiderate noisey upstairs neighbors. The management was awful; all except Jennifer. She was sweet and very understanding to my needs. And no she couldn't run it all by herself like you said. Monet' was a pure -----. Monet got fired and to my understanding Jennifer left. When I closed on my new house in March 08 there was a new manager/asst. manager coming in. I had written letters to corporate about the problems and everything...no one seemed to care! So, God only knows what is going on now. Thank goodness I only had to endure that for 1 yr. Best wishes to you & your family!
