I moved here about a year ago and I was shown this nice model apartment that looked like it was brand new and no one had ever lived there. I asked if this would be my apartment since at first they said it was full- the manager said yes! Then I get my keys and move into what I'm thinking will be a great apartment but turned out to be the roach motel from ----. I talked to my neighbors and they said yes this place is infested, but the management won't tell you that when you move in. She went on to say that Jennifer (the assistant manager) was the best thing to come ths place but that she was getting ready to leave. From my understaning they had been through so many management changes that everyone, even staff, was fed up. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE -- SAVE YOUR MONEY-- IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. I WILL NEVER LIVE FOR A SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT COMPANY PROPERTY AGAIN! I live under the loudest peolpe in the world and the management wouldn't do anything about it. My smoke detector came off the ceiling due the the girls running around up stairs. This is the worst place I've ever lived in my life. I will not renew my lease and Jennifer was smart for leaving- this place causes to much stress on the residents, I can only imagine what she had to go through with the company she worked for. No one cares about anything but themselves and my money!!!
