These neutral and positive reviews strike me as a little staged. I don't think they are being written by residents. I think they are being written by management in efforts to keep their jobs.
If you want residents to start writing satisfactory reviews of the management and property, why not give them a reason'
Improve the curb appeal of the property.
Decrease the amount of time it takes for maintenance to get things done.
Be professional and courteous when addressing residents.
Give the residents more bang for their buck-maybe ask the management company to invest in some property upgrades. If you upgrade the property, you may see an improvement in the calibre of clientale here.
Be mature enough to own up to how run down the property has become and take some pride in your job to fix it...not write fake reviews to try and sway people's opinions. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
