To D.E.L,please try and get the apts back up, they need to re-paint them: the airplane makes cracks when they fly low...we need a playground for the kids, some 2 benches for older people to sit in the summer: all you need is a see-saw,three swings,something to comfort the people...my apt has many cracks, and the building has swift from the planes: contact the person you need to maybe buy-out this area...take time and do the job....put on some move-in special rates,bring the right person to wanna live here, not walk away,come out and meet us: hear what we have to say....stop sitting in your office with the answer machine on, y'all never call back anyway: it's important to know the people that help you...plus we need a new roof on these buildings" Again if Dana done something wrong, please forgive and bring her back,things were done... just come out, and call all residents to meet near a area and talk with us: everybody is not a bad person....

Also we could use a new painted park area,the lines for the cars: old wear and tear has done it's job...we the people help you pay your bills also" don't make our place look bad..

good luck on on all your needed request. many managers have tried for years for playgound which d.e.l. recieved money from gov. for playground due to being a tax credit property but spent the money. just call correct dept. in gov. and im sure u will have a playground once they see ther money was not spent on one. good luck.......

PLEASE BRING DANA BACK, SHE WAS THE BEST PERSON FOR THESR APT'S. SHE SEEMED TO ALWAYS DO WHAT WAS EXPECTED AND ALOT OF THINGS JUST TO MAKE IT A BETTER COMMINITY FOR US THE RESIDENTS. WITHOUT US THERE IS NO YOU.
