My family and I lived in this apartment complex for approx. 8 months. In this time the apartment stayed in disrepair. The dishwasher leaked, there was mold,mildew on our ceiling from leaking pipes upstairs, carpet padding was missing from part of the floor, and the windows would come all the way out when opened. Because of these windows we were burgalarized. Since we no longer felt safe we moved. Now we are battling a law suit and a collection agency for apartment disrepair, early termination, and one months rent. The month of which we did not inhabit the dwelling, and they already had it rerented. Bottom line is these apartments are not worth your time.

What is it with the apartments in this area? I used to think this was an upgrade from Decatur but now I see they are just as bad. Its a shame.
