The office staff refuses to take responsibility for maitainance issues which were at times above and beyond the norm. Very noisy at night with a lot of people drag racing. There are too many unsupervised children running around in front of cars late at night so watch out if you choose to live there. Most people in the complex appeared quite nice and normal however I was situated around some shady people. I would look elswhere for an apartment and at least not pay as much for the same environment as this so-called luxury complex. The build quality is questionable too with my building. It is far too young to be falling apart.

I disagree with you, I have been here for 4 1/2 years. I think the office staff goes out of their way to handle problems, and have always been friendly. I am a single mom and I have 2 children I have never felt unsafe. I would recommend this place to anyone
