We just moved here and we want to move out. They have started constuction on "phase two" of the apartments. It is right next to my building. My husband works at night and cannot sleep during the day because of the noise. Our apartment vibrates all day long bacause of the heavy equpiment. When I brought this issue up to the management they told me that I would have to pay $300 to move to another apartment in the same complex. When we moved in, the mangement did not notifiy us that they would begin constuction soon. There is heavy traffic in front of my building and workers stare at me every time I walk out of my building. I do not recommend living here to anyone.

I understand your frustration, I too live in that building. However, I am up for renewal and have decided to stay. I looked at other places but all in all this is the nicest. After visiting the office on quite a few occasions I have decided that the construction is only a tempory situation. Although I love pets there is a dog that is on a patio barking all the time which I also hope is temporary. When the construction is finished it will have a beautiful courtyard and other expanded amenities. I would recommend this property to anyone, the staff has been very accomadating to me so I have no complaints...and I love to sit on my patio and enjoy the peacefullness.
