I just moved here about three weeks ago, and so far so good. The neighborhood is quiet, and the office staff is awesome. Plus, I love the fact that the apartments are right down the street from just about anything you need, i.e., publix, best buy, home depot, restaurants, etc..
I highly recommend this place!
