I lived at Carrington just over a year, and I moved out this past month (March) simply because I was tired of driving 30-45 minutes to and from work every day. Had I worked closer, i would still be living there. It was a pretty decent apartment, 1st floor, spacious, never had any maintenance problems at all, and the few times I did call the office to have something checked they were in there within a day. I never really heard my neighbors, except when they're little kid went pounding across the ceiling, but its not like you're living in a cometary and should expect it to be silent all the time. Pool was nice, parking was never a problem, since I had a garage, and even though i lived in a first floor apartment right by the road, i never had any problems sleeping. Hell I was probably the loud guy people complained about. I'd live there again.
