I have lived here 2 months now. I have to say it is the nicest complex I have ever lived in. The office staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. When I moved in there were two minor problems with the apartment, both were fixed quickly and professionally. The complex is actually one of the quietest I have lived in. It is an apartment complex and that comes with the understanding that there will be noise. But, when I have had problems with rude, late night, or overly loud tenants the night watchman has been quick and effective at taking care of the issues. The grounds are well taken care of and the only messes I have seen in the walkways have been caused and created by other renters. I have never had a problem finding a parking space in front of my apartment. The gates have been working and only stay open long enough to let one car in at a time. Other places I've seen stay open long enough to let 3 or 4 people who don't belong there in. Based upon my experiences so far I would highly recommend this complex.
