I have had flooding in my apartment six times due too a foundation leak that has gone unimpaired for two years and four different property managers. At present residents are moving out faster than their coming to live here furthermore the swimming pool was closed for the whole month of August and theres the problem of water bugs and scorpions to deal with

Pool closed for the months of April and May - 2008 also. Last year it opened on April 1.
