This apartments are pretty quite and nice for the price that they ask for, water is included with the rent.I used to live in duluth and my kids were never able to play outside , but here they have security a security guy , is pretty safe for my kids.The office people are ok as well as maintenance, there is a couple of issues with the appliances they are kinda old but they change them right away , well for this economy this apt fit my pocket in a great way.
