Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I lived there for almost 4 years. Even though the buildings are old,they have newer appliances and the carpet is decent. It is nice to be able to walk down to the boat dock after work and watch the sunset on Lake Lanier. The neighbors are friendly and you can tell that management cares.It is very quiet and peaceful.We had lots of people that have lived here since 1999, like me,but I bought a house in 2002. I would reccomend the community to anyone wanted to get more "bang for the Buck"! It was very affordable.
