When we first moved here in July 2004 it was wonderful. The management team has changed twice since we have been here. Their is a new manager and she is just as shady as most of the residents here. The grass has stopped being cut.

It used to be cut every Friday even in the winter months. You want to start singing "Welcome to the jungle" everytime you walk outside. There have been sex offenders arrested here. There have been residents arrested for drug use and drug distribution.

There have been a great amount of teenagers here wreaking havoc on the complex starting fires outside,spray painting the property, harrassing other residents, threatening other residents, playing with butcher knives outside, etc. Management does not care. You go to her about a problem and she does not do anything about it. The only trust worthy person here is the head maintenance man.

Teenagers roam the property till the wee hours of the morning. Yelling, cussing, making out with each other. Nothing is done when management is approached about this. Apartment is very old and run down. You see where the cieland has been patched up in many places due to water damage. The paint peels and you have to sign a notice about lead used in the paint because it is so old. The apartment is like 34 years old.

So the shaddy residents that live here that have turned this apartment community into the "bad part of the city" get away with everything they do. This is what the world has come to you live your life morally and people who live their lives shady get away with it and are allowed to make the moral people's life miserable.

Good decent moral people who have children that they are raising morally beware! Do not live here!
