I think the reason that so many people have issues with the staff is due to the fact that they are too lazy to deal with minor repairs by themselves... such as changing a light bulb. Honestly, how HARD is it to get off of your lazy ass and change a light bulb? Do you REALLY have to call the office for petty crap like that? I agree that the staff is very sweet and helpful. People just need to grow up.
