I was mislead on the size and location of my apartment. Instead of being by the lake I am by the highway - with an unbelieveable amount of noise. The size is way smaller than what I was told/shown. The neighbors are loud and rude. I'm constantly awakened at night by someone returning home at 2 and 3 am noisily (and I'm not a light sleeper). My apartment was clean, but still looks very old. The a/c unit is outdated and needs repairing (set for 80 degrees, get 70 degrees and freeze).

Rude, rude, rude office staff. Poor office hours (workout room and laundry close when they do - unreasonable!), slow to return calls, months later things still not fixed. I'm moving asap.
