Lake Lanier Club vs. Carrington Park

I recently moved into Lake Lanier club the same time my boyfriend moved into Carrington Park, and I thought someone out there might like a comparison of the two. Overall, Lanier Club has better amenities, the apartments are better and newer looking...Lanier Club wins on everything cosmetic.
However, the Carrington Park staff are MUCH easier to work with, much nicer. Carrington Park staff always greet you promptly when you walk into the office. I can't tell you how many times I've been up to the Lanier Club leasing office and been blatantly ignored by the dark-haired girl that sits at the front desk all the time. Denise the leasing agent from Carrington Park , on the other hand, has been very easy to work with.
Carrington Park is also much cleaner. There is ALWAYS trash on the steps outside my apartment at Lanier Club, but I haven't seen the first piece of trash at Carrington Park .
Carrington Park is quieter than Lanier Club...but on the other hand, we haven't met any of my BF's neighbors at Carrington Park , while we know most everyone in my building at Lanier Club, which is nice.
My overall opinion: Carrington Park wins on staff and family atmosphere. Lake Lanier club totally loses with their awful staff, but the apartments are just prettier.
