Lake Lanier Club apartments seem like the perfect place to live for about the first week you move in. Nice people and facilities, beautiful lake view, and a safe enviornment. That all changes when you recieve notices stating that you've never paid a pet deposit, when it was done 4 months ago, and threatening eviction because of their mistake. Not to mention the gate cards that never work (despite repetative efforts on my part. I guess who needs gate cards when the gates are either always open or someone has rammed their car into them at an attempt to get through), the neighbors who complain if you talk too loud because the walls are paper thin, and an office staff of 20-something year old girls who obviously have no clue what they're doing. Oh and don't forget the numerous instances that I've seen police arresting people in the buildings below mine. The image painted by the advertisements is completely false, and I would only recommend living here if you are a middle aged, white, wealthy, female with cats. The only good thing about this apartment are the maintenance men who are very willing to complete their job.
