Lake Lanier Club are fairly nice apartments. I have come home and found absolutely 0% parking. NONE! Not one single space remotely near my building! The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear what other tenants are saying. Very safe. It is gated and has alarm systems. The pool is a joke. Beer, Beer, Beer. Everyone is always drinking down there which is against pool rules, but no one obeys, and no one cares. Management is most helpful BEFORE you move it, but once you signed the lease, they don't care anymore.
The biggest problem is PARKING. Rent is higher than most places. I don't recommend this apartment complex, but it certainly isn't horrible. Just be prepared to walk... P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

As management of LLC we do regular pool walks and ask anyone who is drinking to leave the pool area so it is kept nice and in control for all residents. We also walk and check our rental roll to make sure only residents are using the facility.

I've never seen them telling someone to leave the pool area. That's bologna. I wish management could discuss the parking issues...
