I'm very happy with my experience here. The community is well kept. Area is safe and kept clean. The staff is always considerate and helpful. Notifications are helpful and prompt such as weather warnings, etc.

Love it and would highly recommend to others. The one thing that drives me crazy is the amount of dog poop that people don't clean up after their pets. Otherwise it's great! Maintenance req get done quickly and efficiently.

Within 24 hours my maintenance request was completed. I had 3. Randall and Josh were polite and efficient. The convince of being close to work and shopping is a big plus! Landscape is always beautiful and taken care of.

The apartments are in a great location. They are close to down town Gainesville and both interstate 400 and 985. Walking distance to Lake Lanier. Just an hour from Atlanta. Tons of parks and outside activities.

I love my apartment, but neighbors can be difficult, being loud after quiet hours & dumping cigarette butts over their porch & on to mine & the ground below. The exterior hallways are also very dirty, needing a pressure wash.

It's OK the only real thing I have to offer is lake access. The clubhouse is locked has to be rented. The car washes are missing the hoses. Key cards work half the time. Wish I got more then what I am paying for

The apartments are nice with good sound insulation. The maintenance team responds promptly to all complaints. The plentiful trees make you feel separate from the busy highway nearby. Being able to walk to the lake within the complex is a nice break.

Nice place. Only problem is that the rent is way to high for someone like me that is on a retired/senior budget. Other than that it's a great place to live. garage is a huge plus - at least for me anyway

Living here is good. I ended up putting up a ring at my door and since I've done that I haven't had anymore packages stolen. I really can't afford it anymore and the prices are ridiculous. Takes a whole check to pay rent.

I have lived at this community since 2011 and have been very happy at Lake Lanier. I have been a resident since 2011 the staff, maintenance team and grounds staff keep the community fantastic!! I highly recommend Lake Lanier Apartments!

Great place to live, the price is good as well. I would love to have the hallways and stairs of the building to be cleaned up. Also community should be more strict with leaving garbage bags outside of apartments for days.
