I absolutely loved my apartment when I moved in. I never once had to call maintenance to repair anything and paid my rent on time. I put my notice in to notify them I was moving. I had a professional cleaning company come in and clean the apartment and carpets. After moving out they charged for odor and carpet replacing. It was spotless! No other charges. It was time for the carpet to be replaced anyway and now I'm having to pay for it. Don't even get me started on the water bill. I lived in a 1 bedroom all by myself. The last month I didn't even live there. My water bill was $28.00 for the month and I didn't even use a drop! Where the crap is all the money going. It's not for services! My rent kept going up each year $20 to $40 dollars! The upper pool is ridiculous. The same old losers at the end of the pool are there every weekend and for those who don't work, they are there during the weeke as well. They are obnoxious. The office personnel are so completely incompetent. They kept telling me I owed an alarm fee every month. And every month I tell them "I DO NOT HAVE THE ALARM ACTIVATED". Rigid, rigid, rigid. They are the most inflexible people I've ever met. I will never go back and would never recommend anyone to live there!

Charging for "odor" and carpet replacing - even though there is no odor and the carpets are fresh, steamclened and never replaced despite the charges - is their - quite notorious - scam, for which LLC managemnt should e penalized. Water bill is prorated by appartments, not based on your actual - unfair to light users, but basically ok.
