Not that it is totally awful but if you have children I would highly recommend living somewhere else. When I first moved in I was so unpleased. My apartment was never cleaned up the main bath was so NASTY it took us two weeks to get it clean. The walls were never painted and my ceiling looks like it is going to fall through in some places. I have repeadliy asked the management to fix but I get nothing. I will not renewel my lease here. Overall I will not recommened anyone to live here. Unless cost is a issue. I guess you get what you pay for.
