I've no idea why anyone has problems with this place. Ann the manager's alright, almost always there 9am-4:30P when I signed up she waived the Deposit. Took care of everything moving in, in 2 days. The maintenance guy can be a little akward but when I see him he's busy cleaning up the messes neighbors leave. more than anything, cigarette butts everywhere.

I don't like the no pets policy, and the crappy laundry room, but at least they have one. the pool and workout are nothing special but not in horrible condition.

the apartment does have a Charter rep that can really hook you up, don't deal directly with charter.

no satellite allowed. at least in my apartment there are no real light fixtures so you have to bring your own lights. oven, dishwasher and fridge are pretty new. big laundry closet. the main bathtub is small but the second room is big.

I actually got the handicap apartment since it was the only available at the time.
