Nice place, but rent keeps going up

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I've lived here for two years and haven't had any major problems that were not addressed in a timely manner. My one major complaint would be that the gates stay open too long--I think I've counted 7 cars through at once. I would remain living here, but the rent went up too high in the past year, $84 more than my current rate! Other apartments in the area are priced more reasonably, so I am moving.
