First and foremost we are great renters that have always paid our rent on time and even upgraded to a bigger apt which mean't they were getting more money out of us. Management seems nice at first but when something doesn't go their way or it concerns money they become very unfriendly. The new management is horrible. We have dealt with her bullying and downsizing us and are tired of dealing with their crap. We will be so happy when our lease runs out! Secondly there is little to no parking and out of all the times we have called maintainence they have only showed up once. Luckily we are on the top floor and do not have to deal with the noise above us, but we do hear our neighbor's radio word for word and his tv. We DO NOT recommend Park Creek as your choice for a home. Lanier Club is a little less expensive and just as nice, but way more friendly. Try them first.

if you are so unsatisfied with the management and the maintenence team at park creek , why are you waiting to move? i have lived within this community for over a year now, and they are more than helpful whenever i have a need, and good luck at lake lanier club in a glorified trailer park!

You could consider the good. I have family at Lake Lanier club and it is overcrowded. The pool is used by many people who are not living there. The parking is insane. Residents have more than alloted numbers of cars there. My family member alone has 4 in the parking lot. Sometimes you have to take the good and the bad.
