As a resident of this apartment complex, I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere. I have a washer and dryer in my unit that is provided by the complex for a monthly fee. The dryer has not worked from day one and management continues to say that it will be fixed. Two months has gone by and it still is not fixed and yet I am still having to pay a monthly fee. Also, the 30 day A/C filters get changed maybe twice a year. I pulled my filter out and it was completely clogged with dirt and dust. In addition, management shows favortism depending on whether or not you have an affair with a member of the management team. Management does not equally treat all residents fairly and often breaks their own rules that they have stipulated in the Lease Agreement for all residents to obide. Honestly, the entire management team of the apartment complex needs to be replaced with competent personell. This complex also charges additonal monthly administration fees for submetering your electric, water and trash removal. Parking is a complete nightmare

The manager Salene beside being a slut.....yeah I said it "slut" she's also a racist she hate Spanish people I've seen how she treats them and talks down to them, very unprofessional. They need to change their management.
